Costco Pharmacy

I’m actually surprised to see the reviews regarding this pharmacy. Everyone has always been so efficient and kind when I’ve gone. I have a lot of medication and was frequenting often until I switched out of general convenience of a closer location, but I will be going back to Costco due to a certain medication being more affordable there. The manager Nicole is very kind and accommodating. Being ill and having a lot of medication can be anxiety inducing to manage and she was nice enough to help make things easier for me. Anytime I’ve had a question she took the time to answer and I have always very much appreciated that. The check out staff, especially Diane is really wonderful as well. This place saved me when I accidentally left my prescription in my car overnight, risking its efficacy. I left a message for the pharmacist at night and I got a call back right away in the morning answering all of my questions. They had a new prescription filled for me within 30 minutes. I had to pay cash since my insurance wouldn’t allow a damage claim but their cash price was at least $80-$100 cheaper than the cash price I’ve paid at CVS in the past.

Upon my arrival at 11:00 AM, I was assisted by a pharmacy technician named Jason, who assured me that my prescription would be ready within 30 minutes after he contacted the previous pharmacy for a transfer. Given that I was unwell and needed my medication urgently, I complied and waited patiently. However, after 45 minutes with no text notification indicating that my prescription was ready, I returned to the pharmacy for an update. To my dismay, Jason was not only unhelpful but also exhibited a disrespectful demeanor. He informed me that I would need to wait longer without any indicatio

The believe in Costco pharmacy. Very few times have I been delayed on a prescription. Each time was when they were low on the medication but gave me a partial until they were able to fill the order. Always, always nice people. They always do busy but that's how the medication world is. Be patient. Thank you Costco.

I just want to address everyone complaining. A pharmacy is NOT a fast food restaurant. You as a customer are NOT the only person in queue for a prescription. Check your attitude and maybe not expect anything immediately in your own world because you “want it now”. Best advice? Hand your prescription in and come back another time. If you need an antibiotic, pain med, or other emergency treatment, then by all means stick around. Give them time to do their job properly and stop whining.
