Courtney Poe Rushing, APN

Went to Courtney for the inspire sleep unit. She does the adjusting. Very nice, great bedside manner. But her office personnel are very inadequate. Anytime we have to call or set up new test or get test results. It is a three week or longer wait. Found out my oxygen is low at night but she never prescribed oxygen. Let’s do another test. 10 weeks later, we have to call for results only to be told we need to see a new ENT (ours retired) and if we hadn’t heard back in (ANOTHER) week, call back. Inadequate, terrible follow up and on one track only. She needs a new staff as you’re only as good as the folks you depend on to keep you on track with your patience. Mercy-worry more about CARE than profit. Sad sad sad health provider—no real care.
