Covenant Health Urgent Care

Unfortunately, my first experience with this clinic might have been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a medical office. To start the provider didn’t introduce himself or give his title when he came into the room. I actually had to Google the clinic to find out who he was (John Bates). He was also extremely condescending and rude especially when I asked questions. Really hope the rest of the providers aren’t like this but we probably won’t be back.

I was extremely impressed with this place. The price was all upfront no hidden frees of any kind. The doctor I seen was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer my every question or concerns. It's been a very long time since I wanted to heap any praise on the medical field but this place was top notch . Thanks doc if you read this.

They were very sweet and extremely helpful the receptionist was amazing and helped me figure out my Insurance so I didn't have to pay for the visit. I haven't had very good luck in the past with urgent care clinics but this one is A+ and I would recommend them to anyone looking for good care!

receptionist is beyond unprofessional. Get off your phone and acknowledge people. Or is that not a job requirement anymore? Pathetic. Doctor and rest of staff get 5 stars! Do better, receptionist.

Wow! Excellent care received! Everyone there from the receptionist to the doctor were so kind and thorough! Malvern is blessed with this place!
