Currently on Hold with these guys right now. It's been 25 minutes and I keep hearing them pick up the receiver just to drop me back into the Hold queue. Not even the courtesy of a "Can you please Hold?" Edit: 40 minutes on Hold and finally someone answered the phone. I hope no one actually needs to talk to these guys with any sort of urgency, because you're probably out of luck.
Pharmacy staff is helpful, friendly, but unfortunately often understaffed. It’s not uncommon for your prescription to not be ready until sometime the next day.
