July 21, 2025. During the months April-June 2025. RDBHC suite #150 (South Tower), suite #220 (North Tower): Façade for a propaganda laundering scheme? What is it that they actually do here if anything other than their giving a false impression that there is help here for early onset dementia and Alzheimer’s, or other neurological defects or diseases. At the beginning, I felt optimistic and enthusiastic that I was referred to the RDBHC for an evaluation into my memory issue. As I became a patient I participated diligently and with anticipation that the RDBHC was in good regard. I read up on the center’s information including their publication titled “Brain Waves”, and having experienced the RDBHC, I’m not clear today as to what they do because I don’t know myself other than I can remember

Love the doctors here, but not happy about their phone system. Much easier to contact them via email. Dr. Sanchez-Lopez is also very good at replying via MyChart. The front desk staff is mostly nice and courteous, but his one lady, Tiffany I think, today was rude, refused to help me to schedule my mom’s next appointment, said “Well, I’m not doing this!” then got up and left. All because I asked to give me the after visit summary ASAP, because mom’s paratransit was coming any minute. Thanks goodness the other MA agreed to help. People like Tiffany should not be allowed to work in the medical field. Her rudeness, entitlement and lack of empathy may actually hurt already sick people that are coming to this clinic.

I agree as others have mentioned, Dr. Moughamian is wonderful! I give him 5+stars. He really is attentive and listens/responds to the concerns of my mother and me as her caregiver. I appreciate the medical care/tests and advice he provides. I give the office staff 3 stars. It is difficult to get through the office. They usually return my calls a week later. It's hit or miss with the service - sometimes they are great and sometimes lousy.

Can't get through via phone. Left a message and a week later, still no call back. Tried calling multiple times since. No live person answers the phone. Ray Dolby donated $21M to the center and not a cent must've gone into someone manning the phones. Not the kind of service you would expect from a CPMC/ Sutter center.

★★☆☆☆ 2.0 Steven Wong · Jun 2024

I really appreciate the expertise Meg Reyes provides my mother, but the front desk doesn’t pick up or return calls, and has bungled 3 referrals in a row.
