Super friendly staff but slow and had a funny smell inside. Almost like an old folks home, nursery. Masks are split between staff and customers. If that bothers you.... Don't come here. It's super divided here. Most customers that I saw didn't have one on. Covid-19 test available. $50. Waiting to take it now for future flight. Again, super nice staff. All of them. Just the smell and lack of masks in this pharmacy is kinda bothersome. Personal preference. Covid-19 test is Administered by a manager. He has on a mask. But obviously yours will come off. This is what you really pay for. For them to administer and not you at home. But the staff was super nice. I thought it would hurt but he was great and quick.

First impression counts and walking into Crosstown Pharmacy and being greeted by pleasant and courteous staff makes a difference. The staff is helpful and professional and the pharmacist spends time with the customer making sure the customer understands the how and why of the medication you are taking. Excellent service!

Best customer service ever!! And for anyone who read the following review here’s my response: Look around. That’s what a proper pharmacy smells like. There are no photo areas, beer or grocery aisles to walk through before hitting the pharmacy. It IS the pharmacy and it is impeccable with beyond top notch service. Your allegations that you had to share a mask with your practitioner are falsehoods. This is the best care and service I’ve ever received from a pharmacy. This is the Best pharmacy in town!!! I never knew there was a small town pharmacy in port Saint Lucie before running into crosstown pharmacy. You can also have Amazon packages shipped to pick up there, it's convenient when I'm at work and need something without having to run home. The crew is always helpful, they have just about everything, and if they don't have it they will get it for you right away! Lydell is the most chill always ready to listen and help out. Trevor also is ready to help, and most of the time has my packages ready for me before I'm halfway through the door. It's nice to have a hometown pharmacy that knows you by name when you walk in the door!!!

Crosstown pharmacy is a little drive for me although they make deliveries I prefer to feel appreciated. From the moment you open the door a welcome bell rings and employees welcome You with hello a smile and your name. After just a friendly visit you feel like family. The pharmacist always makes time to answer your questions and informs you whenever you have concerns. If you can’t find a supplement the employees come out to help You locate. Look around while you Are there. They carry unique items and have a dollar plus tax area of supplies. As you depart you will hear have a good day thanks for coming in. I so appreciate this pharmacy and pharmacist they make everyone feel important.
