Crozet Physical Therapy

Carl is wonderful…I’ve been into two different physical therapy sessions with him, one for my knee and one for my shoulder. Both times Carl was very professional and easy to talk to. After explaining some previous injuries and the type of pain that I was experiencing, Carl was quickly able to analyze what was happening with each joint and tested the range of motion. He is extremely knowledgeable about human physiology and can explain what’s happening inside the joint and why certain moments can cause pain and discomfort. Most importantly, he was able to guide me through some simple exercises that I could do at home or at the gym to strengthen both joints over time.
