Came in because me and my wife have had cold symptoms for a month and then when they took my wife's blood pressure it was very high and then came back 10 minutes later and told her they think she could have a stroke and refused to treat her for the cold symptoms. She said that news stressed her out more and had they waited longer and took it before that news she felt like it would have been better. They wanted her to go to the er right then and she was upset that she would not be getting treatment for her cold symptoms. We went to another doctor the same day and her blood pressure was fine. Money wasted and did not get treatment for what we came in with. It was odd she put both my wife and I together in the same room only saw a nurse and nurse practiciner not a doctor. I have visited this urgent care several times and every experience has been exemplary. I have zero complaints. The staff are always so friendly and kind. They do a fantastic job. We visited today and it was very busy. We were warned there may be a longer than usual wait time. But, it was worth it to me to wait. However, we didn't have to wait very long at all. We were seen quickly and out with meds in hand. Best care around!

Arrived on a Sunday afternoon with what I thought for sure was RSV because I had been exposed for several days. Sore throat chilled, coughing and congestion. Nice group of folks. Nurse Sam and her group were great. Sam was very professional, competent and a delight to talk too. Did the swabs and all were negative. Viral infection. In and out in about an hour. THANKS !

We had a fantastic experience at this urgent care on a Saturday evening when my wife had an allergic reaction to a bee sting. The front desk staff got us checked in and back to a room immediately. The nurse practitioner and assisting nurses were incredibly attentive, calm, and efficient — they had everything under control within minutes. We’re so grateful for their quick action, professionalism, and care. Highly recommend this team!

My last experience here was absolutely horrible. My chief complaint was not even addressed and it felt like I was being rushed out of the urgent Care building so they could go home. The nurse that took me back took several other patients back prior to me without even having a mask on. But as soon as she called my name a mask was on her face. There was no compassion from any of the staff when I told them I have been sick with upper respiratory problems for over a month and that I had broken a rib they wanted to do a rapid test. I tested positive that I was grateful to find out for but my chief complaint was that I could not breathe and I had a broken rib and nothing was done about it at this facility.
