Jasreen is an amazing pelvic floor therapist. Focussed on a whole body, functional approach, she goes far beyond kegels. Very warm and understanding, I felt very comfortable working with her on this intimate subject. An entirely different experience for me than a past attempt at pelvic floor therapy. Highly recommend.

Jasreen is a thorough and caring provider who truly prioritizes her clients’ well-being. She communicates clearly, explains the process step by step, and creates a comfortable, supportive environment. Jasreen listens closely, offers helpful feedback and suggestions, and is extremely knowledgeable about which exercises and stretches are both effective and safe. Sessions with Jasreen are productive and encouraging.

Jasreen is simply delightful to have as a physical therapist. Her bedside manner is so kind, she listens to me and thinks up creative solutions. She goes above and beyond to educate herself in order to provide the best care to her patients. After the birth of my second child I've had significant sciatica and pelvic pain and she has been really supportive in my healing process. We recently moved over an hour away and I still drive to see her because my sessions with her are that valuable to me.

Jasreen is the most incredible physical therapist! She has a breadth of knowledge, an incredible bedside manner, and the skills that allows her to apply her knowledge and expertise flawlessly. During our sessions, she asked strategic and thoughtful questions that really help narrow down the exact location of my pain was and she has a masterful way of finding the best ways to target the pain. I used to be in constant, severe pain due to my hip and pelvic floor, but thanks to her exercises, stretches, and cupping techniques my level of pain has gone down considerably. I strongly recommend Dr Jasreen for physical health therapy. She genuinely listens to her patients concerns and provides a thorough consultation prior to offering solutions. Besides providing excellent treatment, she educates her patients on health issues including urinary incontinence after pregnancy and during perimenopause. She help me realize many women suffer from perimenopausal related conditions but it does NOT mean it’s “normal” and can be treated with pelvic health physical therapy.
