In store service is great. Automatic computerized phone answering stinks!!!!! I can only ask for prescription refills for the person matching the phone number I am calling from. I cannot request prescription refills for my wife of 47 years. How unbelievably limited. The website is so very unorganized it is pathetic. I ask for the prescriptions to be organized by "most recent refilled" and it is only somewhat correct. Some go back months some are not listed. Terrible!
CVS Pharmacy in Kutztown is great. Everyone that works there is pleasant and helpful. Their service is really fast and they are good about sending me texts about my medicines. I highly recommend them.
Awesome service by the pharmacy! Prescription was ready for pickup, under an hour from when they received it. Quick and easy pickup from a friendly pharmacy assistant!

Dr did not even physically touch me at any point. Reason for visit, muscle spasms in lower right back. 10 flexerils were called in for me to a pharmacy that was closed.
