Customer Reviews
The CVS on Bay Ridge has the best personal service I've seen! When the people there know your name and really care about making sure you understand your meds, makes it so much better. Amazing change and I'd go nowhere else, now.
We scheduled for my wife and myself to get the Covid and flu shot. It was fairly easy to sign up although the notification process of the time was a little bit off. It showed one of us didn’t show both although we were both scheduled and the reminder came to both the person who gave us the shots was very nice Patient personable and helpful and make sure that we were comfortable all in all. It was a very easy worthwhile experience.
Very good service and friendly atmosphere. Professional and delivered the correct meds. I like this CVS. Much improved over the last couple of years.
I hate writing negative reviews. Sometimes they are necessary. There has not been a single time I have used this pharmacy where there hasn't been an issue. Not once! No prescriptions that I've needed filled for myself or my family are complicated, I have insurance, and I am reasonable and pleasant every time I have visited. The customer service is subpar at best and downright awful and rude at worst. The pharmacist does everything he can to avoid interacting with any customer in the pharmacy and is unpleasant to the staff (which I'm sure is one of the reasons the staff isn't happy). The most recent experience (12/18/24) I went in to pick up a prescription for my son, who had just had surgery, and was told "it's not ready. Come back later." That was it. No apologies, no let me see if I can
Avoid at all costs, especially if you need something quickly! I have had to come to this pharmacy four times for the same order to be filled correctly. After multiple attempts to get my order filled (with no communication from CVS to myself or my doctor), I was then sold the wrong items and had to return a fourth time to correct the order. I also witnessed a couple almost receive the wrong shots at the minute clinic during one of my 30+ minute waits. The husband was getting a flu shot and the wife was waiting on a Covid booster and the Pharmacist had them switched. Luckily the wife caught the discrepancy before the injection was administered. Customer service is not a priority, nor is attention to detail, which is scary considering the importance of the goods being sold and admin
