CVS Pharmacy

1st- their new recorded robot system is horrible. It never gets the information I enter or say right. I've tried 3 tines to just enter the prescription number I need refilled but its not programmed to do that anymore. 2nd- since the new changes to medicaid took place October 1. Instead of looking at my profile and seeing that I had a pre-authorization for name brand a few years back and seeing that I had been getting name brand all this time they just immediately decided they would switch me to the generic which they have been out of for weeks and kept sending me text messages that my medication was out of stock when in fact my name brand was not out of stock the generic brand was. If they had looked at my profile and sewn that , they could have called me or my doctor and explained what w

CVS Pharmacy at Target has been our family Pharmacy before it became a CVS Pharmacy (it was previously a Target Pharmacy). Pharmacist Pete Ridolfi has been there ever since and he is the reason we stay. He and his staff are excellent. They're friendly, knowledgeable, and go the extra mile. If Pete left, we'd go to his new Pharmacy! CVS Pharmacy at Target on Marketplace Drive is our one and only pharmacy for maintenance and short-term Rx, vaccines, and even OTC meds. We have full faith and confidence in Pete and his caring team.

The pharmacist and technicians are quick, communicate well, and go above and beyond. Cannot stress how much their assistance is appreciated!

This pharmacy used to be so fast and efficient. Boy have they changed they will text me my pills are ready and I get there and then they say it isn't ready and to sit and wait. After sitting there for a half hour they tell me it's not ready. I'm told to call the providers when I am pretty sure they should be doing that. Talking with all my friends and family no one likes the pharmacy it's a shame.

My interaction with the pharmacist was excellent. He was very helpful in advising me on how I can reduce my cost for the prescription.
