CVS Pharmacy

My hubby and I have used CVS for years for our prescriptions and vaccines. We are 100% satisfied with the Pharmacy employees and service provided.

This location is CLEAN . The pharmacy employees are courteous, professional and attentive, and friendly

"PERFECTION" (CVS) 500 KNOX ABBOTT DR, Location is the very Best of its kind. Unlike other locations. This particular location goes Above and Beyond. From the Pharmacist. To the staff. Always Greeted, Always left with a smile. Even on a hard day, they continue to go the extra mile for everyone!!!!! I'm forever Greatful👍

This location is the worst of the bunch. It takes 2 days for your prescriptions to be filled. You stand at the register for 5 minutes while the 5 people at the pharmacy look at you before asking you if you need something. I've been with CVS over 10 years and this is the the worst location. I'll be changing to a different store if I can find one better. Also they take a lunch break everyday and close the pharmacy who does this today.

I walked in after having spent 9 hours between urgent care and the ER for my son to pick up a prescription cream for him. I stand in line, while a tall lady behind the counter carries on a conversation with a family of 4 at the counter for minutes. She finally greets me with “uh yeah, we are closed” I said we just got a cream sent over her response was “okay, you just left the hospital, got here and as I stated.. we are closed!” And turns to continue her conversation with the family of 4. Why they were taken care of kindly and I wasn’t is beyond me. Then a male behind the counter calls over to me to look to see if it is something he can take care of quickly for us. The lady pharmacist then makes a snarky comment about him offering to take care of us. Unfortunately the order hadn’t made its
