This is ridiculous. They had a prescription for my son since Thursday of this week. No call to say the prescription is ready or anything. I go there today to pick it up three days later mind you. They tell me they don’t sale it anymore. Three days and no one bothered to contact me to tell me this then they tell me I have to contact the other pharmacy to have it transferred over. My thing is if you had it for three days why didn’t you send it over ? Why did I have to come into the store to find out it couldn’t be filled? Make this make sense because to me it doesn’t. CVS you guys have to do BETTER!
The lady behind the counter who checked me out was super helpful and very polite. As for the store it's your normal CVS. Nice and clean as usual.
