CVS Pharmacy

I’ve been a customer for over 30 years. I feel very comfortable getting my vaccines at CVS Derby, CT. Staff very kind and excellent. They’re great and go that extra step. Very satisfied.

The staff at my CVS is ALWAYS helpful, kind, understanding, to everyone, not just me. I’ve seen them go above and beyond to ensure people get what they need!!! ❤️ I won’t go anywhere else

I’ve been getting scripts here for a few years now. The service really isn’t that great. I’ve tolerated it since it’s close to my house, but today I’ve decided to switch pharmacies. I was waiting in line at 1:28pm when the pharmacist announced that it was 1:30 & they were closing for lunch. I told her I was picking up one thing & her response was that I needed to come back after their lunch. My personal experience working in retail pharmacy has been much different than the customer service I’ve received here. I totally get needing a break, but you should service the customers waiting & then close. Also, the multiple times I’ve been there to pick up, the wait times in line are always pretty long & they have 3-4 techs processing prescriptions. It’s the pharmacist’s job to tell one of the tec

I love my CVS crew here in Derby always so nice and pleasant. I am allergic to a lot of medication’s and when something comes through they call me right away to rectify the problem. That’s a crew that cares about their customers. We love you guys!
