CVS Pharmacy

I love the CVS pharmacy because it's quick, friendly service,I was in and out within minutes, you don't have to sit and wait,I love their app service because you refill your meds right there, and I like their tapp service, very easy to use, and you receive texts updating you about your order, and if you text them, within seconds you get prompt response that it has been resolved, and within an hour or less you get a phone call,

I usually only go to CVS for their pharmacy which is absolutely awful! I'm definitely going to be changing my pharmacy back to Rite Aid. They have a system now where when you call in to the pharmacy to ask a question You can't even talk to a real person! You have to leave a message and wait for somebody to call you back if you have a question for the pharmacist which is absolutely ridiculous! If I have a question for the pharmacy I need to speak with them right away not an hour or two later! And sometimes they don't even call you back it's just very inconvenient and I wish they would go back to their original system.

We are sharing a great experience we had with pharmacist Saroun Chhoeun. Hope this is her home store. We met her at the Burlington CVS store. She was very pleasant and reasonable. The Burlington store ran out of the vaccine we were looking for. She called all neighboring stores and tried to secure a place for us. Her injection technique was by far one of the best we've had. She did our whole family and everyone felt the same way. It didn't hurt at all! We understand everyone is short staffed and appreciate her willing to go to a different store to help out on a weekend day. Although she's not familiar with the location, she's knowledgeable of her job. We hope she gets recognized.

The automated phone system is an absolute unworkable mess. The automated system at Walgreens isn't great, but at least it isn't anything near the infuriating nightmare of CVS.

The Dracut store/rx needs no changing !!They treat me like family.Please reward the store for their GREAT customer service. Even when I shop inside ( I am in a wheelchair) the crew is helpful. There is is this one woman up front that goes out of her way to help me. I may not remember her name but she knows me. When I come into the store she helps me shop and then personally ring me up--- not at self checkout !! The personal touch that the whole store gives is exceptional!!
