CVS Pharmacy

I have been using CVS Pharmacy at Target in Front Royal for years. They always go above and beyond with their time, care and service. The last time I was in, Missy was such a huge help. She was kind, professional and made sure I was seen and heard. She took time to help resolve a problem that she could just as easily ignored and it helped more than she can ever know. This is just one example of countless of my experiences with CVS.

I have been impressed every visit. No matter the line, the time, they are always very attentive and take the time needed with each customer. I frequent in the evenings and see a younger boy, girl and an older gentlemen. They have been great every time.

I’m not sure when customer service died, but every time I have to pick up my prescription, I dread it. The staff are consistently rude and unfriendly, making what should be a simple errand feel unpleasant. It’s sad to see that basic human decency seems to be gone. I truly hope the employees take a course on how to treat people, it would make a world of difference.

My experience at the CVS at 10 Crooked Run Plaza in Front Royal, VA was horrific. At a time when my stress level is over the top and exhausted caring for my terminally ill husband, there was no effort to meet our needs in a timely fashion or with compassion (except by the tech on the register). I am still waiting for a call from the regional pharmacy manager as I requested to explain all that happened. I do now wish anyone else to have the same experience that I did. I worked as a tech at CVS for about 7 years. I nor most of the pharmacists I worked with, have treated a customer as I was.

This place is an absolute dump. The guys at the front desk act like they're allergic to basic human decency, rude, lazy, and completely useless. Their attitude alone is enough to make me avoid not just this CVS, but Target altogether. It's like they go out of their way to make sure customers feel unwelcome. Total disgrace.
