CVS Pharmacy

Unacceptable and Unsafe Behavior by Pharmacist I have been a CVS customer for over 22 years, and my entire family of seven members relies on this pharmacy for ongoing prescriptions. Unfortunately, my experience on Thursday, January 15, 2026, around 6:48 PM, was deeply disturbing. While calmly and respectfully asking Pharmacist Christopher Chan a simple question about a prescription quantity, he became aggressive, snatched paperwork from my hand with force, caused my hand to hit the counter, and raised his voice at me in front of other customers waiting in line. I was polite, spoke in a low tone, and did nothing to provoke this behavior. There is no excuse for physical or verbal aggression from a healthcare professional. CVS employee just talking away with a customer and not calling anyone else to serve people in line..staff is lacking and they don't care if you stand and wait on them.. I didn't buy anything that day I walked out after 10min in line. I will no longer shop at CVS.

I highly recommend this pharmacy - everyone is incredibly kind and going out of their way to help.

This location is huge the middle of the store was completely empty. They do not have a public restroom so if you're elderly or need access to a restroom I do not recommend this location. They shelves were not fully stocked and they are not currently under any construction

The staff there are very nice and very knowledgeable. They are over worked and tired, but they are always willing to give you 100%. I recommend this pharmacy, and store. If you come in with an attitude you will get an attitude back... and that's the truth anywhere you go. So don't listen to other reviewers that got bad service here at this location.
