CVS Pharmacy

CVS @918 W. Mercury Blvd Wael Wassef pharmacist is very disrespectful does not know how to communicate properly or informativelly with customers. I've been with them over 10 years and never have I ever experienced such disrespect

It was very easy to schedule vaccinations for my husband and me. Many days and times were offered. Check-in was easy and the wait time was short. The staff were professional and efficient. Great customer service.

The CVS on 918 west Mercury blvd in Hampton VA is awesome ,most of the staff is great and very professional,the Pharmacy manager explains about meds that’s taken and the risks which the Doctors and other pharmacists don’t do ,if I could give 10 stars I would .Thank you CVS 😊

Love the new self help terminals at the Rx counter. One clerk can help 3 customers at once. Not having public restrooms is so wrong! I really had to go! I had to wait until I arrived home! Poor customer service!

Every time I come to this store my prescriptions are not ready I’m told to wait, after waiting in line. During my 20 min wait for my prescription to be filled, I needed to use the restroom, I was not allowed. If I have to ask it means I gotta go.
