CVS Pharmacy

Employee extremely helpful!!! At front cash out area. Young and short. Forgot her name but she went beyond what was expected. More stores need an employee like her.

my wife and I need flu shots and in the process of setting up two appointments for the next day a message was displayed that said walk-ins welcome anytime. after completing appointments for the next day my wife and I decided why not just drive on over and get the shots taken care of. as soon as we were helped we were told that they don't do walk-ins, except for Thursday Friday and Saturday. I explained that the app told us walk-ins were welcome anytime. they informed me that they're the busiest CVS location in the Dayton area and therefore they do not support walk-ins except for Thursday Friday and Saturday. clearly CVS needs to as a minimum update their app so that locations that decide on their own not to do walk-ins would be eliminated from the invitation message.

Love getting my prescriptions from my cvs. they've always had the medications I need, are always quick & have the drive thru option that I prefer!

I don't know if all CVS are the same but this one has the rudest employees in the pharmacy. They don't care about you as a person, rude to just hang up on you, and their automated line is so horrible that you can't get anything accomplished without several calls that last forever and then have to wait for someone to call back instead of just being able to call and talk to someone when you have an issue with a prescription. Walmart pharmacy has better customer service!!

Very rude staff! Everyone acts like they aren’t being compensated for working here. Like it’s a favor to fill a prescription that you have to pay for. No customer service etiquette and to top it off they have a sign that says NICE MATTERS I guess this only applies to the customer.
