CVS Pharmacy

Can we please bring another pharmacy to the Los Gatos area? The wait is extreme every time just to get to the counter, and then to have the prescription filled is another long wait. Today was told medication could not be filled because they were way behind doing inventory and close in 30 minutes. Definitely the healthcare of individuals is more important than inventory being complete. Either stay open until all prescriptions are filled or hire more staff to care for your neighborhood. Waiting overnight for a prescription is not feasible or responsible!! We need dependable pharmacies in the area!!!

I used this pharmacy for several months. The staff did not seem friendly, and even when they made mistakes that caused delays for customers, they never apologized. I understand that mistakes can happen and can be resolved with time, so the delay itself wasn’t a big issue for me. However, I don't understand why they couldn't simply say "sorry" for the inconvenience. Their attitude came across as very rude, and I was disappointed by the lack of basic courtesy. I don’t want to have this experience again

The Blossom Hill Pharmacy is really good about filling prescriptions promptly and advising me about side effects. I feel like it’s my “friendly, neighborhood pharmacy” where the pharmacists and their assistants actually know me and are ready to help me with my needs.
