I LOVE this pharmacy. All the pharmacist are friendly and smile. They come to the counter and check you out too. They have gone above and beyond by calling me the first time about my son's medication. They are quick to get prescriptions in that aren't in stock too. Definately great pharmacy. Relief from walgreens issues
12/30/2025 at 10:48am-I've moved to Washington County, so I've changed to this CVS. I've only gone here a couple of times before, and received really good service. However, not such good service today. I would be using my UCARD for the very first time, so I asked the male cashier if I could use my UCARD to pay for my prescription. He rolled his eyes and looked irritated. I told him nevermind, because I could tell by your look that he you don't want to do it. He said sometimes they work and sometimes they don't. I paid cash and left. I'll be making sure to change where I pick up my prescriptions. I prefer to be treated respectfully.
This CVS pharmacy in Target is awesome. The prescriptions are always filled very quickly. The staff goes above and beyond to provide great service and one woman even remembers my name!! There is absolutely no comparison to Walgreens where waiting is always the case and many times errors are made- re: wrong RX is filled or one that wasn’t requested is added to the order. I don’t understand why Walgreens doesn’t have the same kind of service but I have changed all my orders to CVS. I highly recommend this particular pharmacy.
Shout out to Chelsea in Pharmacy who called me back quickly and helped me with a prescription situation that needed a level head and a bit of humor this week. Really appreciated her professionalism, understanding, and the humor we shared over technology. People make or break a business. She’s a great employee, CVS, and I wanted you to know that.
The pharmacist at CVS inside Target in Menomonee Falls are always wonderful to work with. We never have any problems with any orders. I've gone other places and had nothing but problems and I'm so happy I came here years ago. I hope insurance never makes me leave.
