CVS wins the award for most annoying pharmacy that I don’t have a choice not to use. I really hate that CVS constantly tries to push refills. They frequently call to ask if they can contact my doctor for a new prescription, and repeatedly put my prescriptions on auto-refill, despite my attempts to turn it off. If my doctor WANTS to give me a new prescription, they will give me one; stop asking. If I WANT a refill I will ask for it.
Having to deal with my daughter moving and using Walgreens, I am so very thankful for my pharmacy here that I have used for over 12 years. I've never had any issues getting or ordering meds, having them contact doctors, or losing refill prescriptions. Plus, I get all my vaccines here. Everyone is kind and helpful. Great job, CVS pharmacy!
