CVS Pharmacy

If I could rate this store/pharmacy a -100 stars. I would. Ive never in my life been denied a partial fill on my prescription that my infant and I desperately need! I have been sick for over a week without my medication, and I’m supposed to have it for my breast milk supply. Yet here we are, going to be going on two weeks, and still no progress.

Went in to pick up prescriptions, was told I only had one. I stated that I had received a voicemail saying I had another ready. The clerk said it was just a call saying I had one due for refill. I went back out to my car and checked my phone, went back in to show her the message that I had another waiting for pick up. She never said one word to me after that, just rang it up and I left. Within 15 minutes of leaving the store I received another message saying I had another prescription waiting for pick up. I didn't go back to get it. Why did the clerk do what she did? First denying I had one waiting and second didn't tell me I had another in process of being filled.

CVS Pharmacy calls me when my prescriptions are ready to pick up. They will work with my Doctor when prescriptions need to be refilled. I can even have them mail my prescriptions to me. They can even fill a Prescription when you forget to pick it up on time.

Service has gotten much better! Pharmacy is now open almost all day. I switched from walgreens back to cvs during the panadamic and I'm glad I did.

The service at this CVS pharmacy is the best I've had at any pharmacy. The pharmacists are always patient and helpful. We get our medications here whenever we are up here on vacation.
