Had no problems. I pulled up to the window and there was no waiting.
Got my vaccine here. They offer pfizer covid vaccine. Great staff. Hassle free. Parking available. Approximately 10 min wait in the line...recommended.
Park hill pharmacist. N tech. Standing. No customers not working on scripts. Couldn’t even answer question. Do u have any diabetic cough syrup. I can’t find it. “ it should be right there in aisle. 17”. Told them I couldn’t find. Refused to help me look. “. Ask a front of store staff”. Rude. N not helpful
I am going to change my pharmacy to another CVS location here. I recently moved to Fitchburg from Quincy where I never had any issues getting diabetes stuff for my little daughter with Type I at local Rite Aid, and they made insurance pay as they should. The pharmacists at this CVS, however, make my experience awful. Thanks to them we almost ran out of glucose test strips, and if I wasn't persistent, they would still be telling me with stupid faces: "We still need the doctor to call the insurance" when it was done long ago. They don't know when the new insurance cycle for test strips starts so they can't tell me when I can get more, they couldn't bill the insurance correctly for insulin syringes and I had a significant copay, they are slow and waiting time is long - problems I never had i
