We had a great time getting flu and COVID shots with the pharmacist here. My wife is allergic to getting shots, we were able to joke around with pharmacist making it more comfortable for my wife. We had a short wait beyond our appointment time, but not nearly as bad as we've had at other locations. The location we use most often didn't have any immediate appointments; this location was five miles further away but worth the drive as they had appointments available the evening we decided to get the shots. The pharmacist clarified my wife's eligibility to get the COVID shot, we were happy to get her vaccinated. He also noted that I should get the higher dose shots as I have reached that certain age. We will definitely check this location next year.
This was the best pharmacy experience I have ever had. It was after 10 PM, and my daughter, who recently had a tonsillectomy, needed anti-nausea medication, but the after-hours pediatrician had called it in to a different CVS pharmacy that was closed. The pharmacist at Langley Park was incredibly kind and helpful, finding and transferring the script, making sure that the insurance information went through properly, and filling the order right away so I could get it to my poor kid. I am immensely grateful to him for his kindness and efficiency.
Worker approach me aggressively at the door and asked me what am I doing here? Confused and shocked I told him I’m here to shop when I asked for a manager his coworkers a lady and man, Latino or Indian dissent started making jokes and laughing. I asked to speak with a manager again or if I can get their contact information which they refused , I then asked if I can get any of their names which also they refused. I left the store and called the number on my receipt which the lady picked up three times and hang up on me, I have the whole incident on video, and I will be speaking with somebody
Michael the pharmacist went above and beyond to help make sure my partner got covid medication that was badly needed late at night. He was so wonderfully patient with multiple phone calls and then was really kind and supportive in person as well. I am so grateful to him.
I came to this pharmacy just to ask question about flu shot. I was trying to find somebody to help me. I saw an opened door where they do the flu shot I think. When I fully opened it there was this lady with eyeglasses and braided hair. I have no malice intentions I just wanted to inquire about my scheduled flu shot in this location. She was not helpful at all. She is very rude I was really upset. I just canceled my appointment on that day. Don't go there.
