CVS Pharmacy

I picked up my prescription that they had ready for me. I talked with Tami about the shots I need to have and also about having the Shingles shot after already having Shingles. She was very knowledgeable and said I might check with my doctor but she would think I should have it so I would never have as long lasting pain as my first experience has been.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The staff was unprofessional and seemed to have little knowledge about prescriptions. Some medications that showed as available in the app were not actually in stock. While I was reviewing my medication, I was abruptly pulled out of line so they could attend to the next customer, leaving me waiting. Even though there were two pharmacists, only one billing counter was open. This was extremely rude and unacceptable. I will be changing my pharmacy location.

There's no way to talk to a real representative and the website/voice assistant incapable of providing assistance for my medication.

The pharmacist went out of her way to be pointlessly rude. I'm trying to find a pharmacy that can fill a prescription that is in short supply. The pharmacist was apparently the only person working when I called. Not answering the phone would have been fine, or briefly checking whether my prescription can be filled and then getting off the phone. Instead, the pharmacist took extra time to make snippy remarks about everything I said, from explaining that I'm calling to ask about a transfer because of the shortage to asking if they can fill my prescription. She also let me know there was an order in stock that *might* contain my medication, but that she wasn't going to check it any time soon because she was far too busy for that and that she had to get off the phone to fill prescriptions.

Even though it is out of my way, I go to this location because #1-They always have what I need in stock #2-They have the quickest response time of any company I know when returning messages (the voice operator says it could take up to an hour and I have NEVER received a return call where I waited more than 5 minutes) #3-They are always friendly and quick to process orders #4-They always remind me when certain shots are recommended or over due #5- When I leave the store I never feel judged based on the medicine I’m prescribed #6- They love my dogs 😍🤟🥰🫶
