CVS Pharmacy

Do not go to this CVS! I've been using this pharmacy for a couple months now and Every. Single. Time I have had problems with them filling my prescriptions and when I call they give excuse after excuse. The pharmacists talk to you like you are dumb or like you are a child and they treat you like garbage. If you ask questions, they do not answer them. They beat around the bush if you need anything and they make excuses as to why they don't have your prescriptions filled when they said it would be ready that same day.

I have been with this pharmacy for many many ears . Very disappointed with it now. Closed on Saturdays and Sundays, who does that. I would think it would be more than busy enough to be open, either that or hire more people. Thinking of changing pharmacies being can't rely on them when I need a prescription,

The pharmacist Mike is helpful, sincere and friendly. He always answers my questions about my medications and OTC products.

PLEASE READ! Couldn’t be more flabbergasted by this pharmacy. They authorize medication pickup after close when NO ONE is there that then causes issues when trying to pick it up. They act incredibly unprofessional over the phone when confronted about a mistake on their end. The cherry on top was when they deleted an approval from my insurance for a medication on the last day to receive it, after holding my medication from me to pick up because of their own mistakes, so I couldn’t get it in time and missed a month of medication. Incredibly dangerous if that medication was more serious. They then offered an option that was $100 more than my original price for the medication that they held from me🫠 CHOOSE A DIFFERENT PHARMACY!!!

Incompetent and lazy workers. Went here to fill some prescriptions for my wife who just had surgery, when I dropped off the script I notified them it was workman's comp and gave them all the necessary info to submit it to the claim. They said no problem. Came back a hour later and they started ringing everything up as a cash transaction because when they went to submit them and it asked for additional information about the case, instead of asking for the info they just did the lazy thing and tried to force me to pay for it out of pocket and submit it ourselves. Only after telling them to give me back the original prescription and that I was going elsewhere did they put in any kind of effort, and after another hour of screwing around they were able to get 4/6 items on the script billed. End
