The pharmacist and manager deserve 0 star. Absolutely unprofessional team and they lack basic customer service skills.
Joe and his team in the pharmacy were great. My son was sick and there was an issue with his prescription. They stayed past closing to resolve it and make sure I could get the prescription filled. A+++++ effort!!! Thanks team!
I came here tonight to pick up a rx and as usual the workers were quite busy. A rude customer in front of me was clearly upset and spewing vile, racist comments toward the lead pharmacist. All of the employees handled it with grace and patience, even though they shouldn’t have to put up with that nonsense. I’ve had nothing but a positive experience with all of the pharmacy employees, regardless of how busy or backed up they are! Definitely recommend!
The service used to be satisfactory, except for one pharmacist who overstepped professional boundaries. One pharmacist at your location displayed an unprofessional interest in my wife, having access to her personal information, including medications and name, before she provided it, and reacted inappropriately upon learning of our marriage, causing difficulties in the process. This is a multitude of violations, and this is also a HIPAA violation..
Overall my experience at the pharmacy was excellent, The staff answered my questions about my medication, and I also had to pick up a few items that were already in stock👍🏻👍🏻 I
