CVS Pharmacy

It's your average in-store CVS pharmacy. The staff is super nice and they always have done their best to help me figure stuff out, whenever needed. While I've not had an issue in the past 6 months (that I can remember), I have, in the past, run into an issue that I believe to be a result of a shortfall in CVS' inventory management system itself... ((That is, I don't believe this is the staff's fault, but rather more of an issue with the way CVS' software system itself works)). If an Rx is received too early to fill, the system seems to just automatically save it for the date the Rx (or insurance) says that it's actually fillable. This becomes an issue, however, when the medication in question is one which isn't typically kept in stock, or one which is experiencing a general supply short

Looks like a lot of reviews are from during the pandemic - I mean a lot of stuff was closed and hours were nuts guys. I've been going here for a few months now and man the staff is great! Compared to the downtown location the lines here are non-existent, and the staff has been super helpful advising about other possible meds which actually might be cheaper for my family. Never had that at another CVS location! Considering the fact that I've already seen them take abuse from quite entitled people ("sorry you've already wasted enough of my time" - who says this to a pharmacy employee?) I'm really grateful for how they've treated me as the designated 'pharmacy picker-upper'. Typically the service and personalities of the staff are amazing. There is a new guy working in the target cvs and he’s rude, messy and clearly doesn’t care about what he does. How disappointing when the remainder of the staff is exceptional

The excellent pharmacy staff that had been here since the pharmacy changed from Target to CVS recently left, and the quality of service left with them. As a prescriber, I recently asked a question of the pharmacist. Not only was she cranky to the point of being rude, but she also was not up to date on current pharmacy regulations. I will not be sending any of my patients there any more to get medications filled.

Thankfully the same staff as when it was Target Pharmacy. Despite not liking CVS, this place isn't run like one. The pharmacist is awesome. Very friendly. They remember you. Fast service. It's not busy. Meds are ready when they say they will be!!!! Love it here.
