CVS Pharmacy y más

Y’all never want to answer the phone! I just waited 5 mins with the phone ringing and ringing only to have somebody pick up the phone and hang up without speaking a word to me. Nobody at this location ever wants to do their job, it’s disgusting and disrespectful.

Aadil was the staff person that helped me today with my request. She was welcoming/ approachable, patient and precise. There were a couple customers on the line waiting to be taken care of. Aadil was quick and was able to have the line steady flowing(front of store register). I appreciate that because the pharmacy line was tremendous. Also, the store was clean and tidy. Thank you Aadil 👍🏾🙏🏾😁

The CVS located at 1688 westchester has an amazing customer service person there in their Pharmacy. His name is Kevin and I would have to say, he was so nice and great with the customer's in front of me. When it was my turn to walk up to the pharmacy's front desk service, Kevin's smile and positive energy was a prime example on how customers should be greeted. His professionalism within the area of customer service was on point. Kevin was ready to help me out on retrieving my medication. When he came back to the front, one of two bags were somehow torn. So without hesitation, Kevin immediately replaced the bag. His personality made me felt very comfortable. I normally don't feel that way whenever I'm picking up my medication. CVS is lucky to have Kevin on their team. Thank you Kevin! :-)

This cvs used to be good, But now it’s terrible. My last 3 visits the store was dirty and almost all the products I was looking for were sold out. But the most annoying thing is the wait time. No cashiers open, just self checkout.

They honestly shouldn’t even get one star. The pharmacy never picks up the phone. The lines and wait time are ridiculous. Picking up a prescription from here and the line is all the way into the next aisle. They need an actual manager running the store and pharmacy because its THE WORST STORE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.
