09/07/2025 Ordered online, and they put in the wrong item.Manager was unwilling to cancel the order, and wanted us to take the wrong item. She said she could do a "return" instead of cancellation. But wanted the credit card, (which my husband didnt have at the time). Vey inconvenient to work with client. And was always talking over when trying to talk to her. Order not picked up.

On this particular day I had a question in regards to a refill, Karah came over to the counter and explained the situation to me that I was good to go on that particular refill , I did get my refill👍🏼Karah as well as all of the pharmacy people arre always helpful and friendly 👍🏼⚓️

CVS made if so easy to receive our, me and my wife vaccinations, we received two vaccinations each, shingles, and RSV, all was done with in 30 minutes, so easy to make appointments, but they also take walk ins, which made it even more convenient.

Love the discounts. Great store. I've been going there for years. Great employees

CVS y mas refuses to serve anyone not wearing a mask even if medically exempted so avoid this place at all costs if you don't wish to experience discrimination. I don't curse or belittle anyone when I explain the situation, I just simply explain & leave to take my money elsewhere but the 2 Latina ladies laughed at me & sneered "Ridiculous" as I was leaving because I'd compared this medical discrimination to racial discrimination to argue businesses aren't technically allowed to determine their own rules per historical precedent. They're both allowed to disagree with my analogical argument but the snide retort & mocking laughter was unacceptable & speaks volumes about CVS' employees and their lack in decorum.
