Seriously so sad that they have a business and don't train their team to provide good customer service! This people you guys have serving the public are quite rude and uneducated. They are always hiding from help. If I need them, Is the third time have to go to security to call them on their personal phone number because they are always wasting their time elsewhere. I don't know what kind of standards they require of their employees, but it's clear that this is not what is needed to have a successful business. Have you ever wondered why sales and customers have decreased? Well, it's because you have such a mediocre and unprofessional team!!! Disappointing experience always at this place!!

Today was "We don't have it". Last time it was "It's not ready yet". I think I've only ever come twice and picked my prescription up then and there... Every other time it's those same two responses. And for a pharmacy I've had for 6 years, I think that says a lot.

there is all wais a blockmlongblines managers gobuonputbproducts and dontbhelpnaliviatedvtjis 20 minuts lines .there is alot of waisted money on store n security that do not check people out and do not pay atention on who comes in . never have milkbin stockbor proper larger size pampers.

The staff here are mostly very rude, they’re not career oriented, they don’t know how to work with the public. This I say from my experience for more than a year coming to this branch of the pharmacy and in reference to all the employees in general except for the manager but I’m sorry to say, even if she’s polite and helpful, she hast to do a better job on how to lead the employees under her. On top of that, the pharmacy grounds, specifically the bushes that fence the parking lot facing SW 8th Street, are disgustingly dirty.

I had a great experience at this CVS Pharmacy. The store was clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with everything I needed. What really stood out was the excellent customer service I received from Massiel and Arlety. They were both incredibly helpful, professional, and kind. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt taken care of. It’s clear they truly care about their customers. Thank you, Massiel and Arlety, for making my visit such a pleasant one!
