CVS Pharmacy y más

The vents are black with filth. The end caps by the pharmacy are empty and contain half eaten items, like a candy bar. The place is run down a dirty. The staff are nice. But, often my medication is not available at the pharmacy. I had to change where I get my medication because of this issue. If they do not have it, they will not have it sent to their location. You will just go without, unless you can get to a location with your med. The good news is that they are 24 hours, so if they have your med it is great.

CVS pharmacy service is great! I enjoy coming here because the time to pick up prescriptions are convenient and fast. The Pharmacy Technicians always greet the customer / patient with a smile and friendly attitude. I appreciate the service and express thanks to all of you who show pride and professionalism during my visits!

I recently moved and changed my pharmacy to this one. I fully regret that decision as the staff seem Extremely unorganized and are back there laughing amongst themselves while the line is isles long. When it was finally my turn they couldn't even seem apologetic about the wait.

Terrible service ELENA. Just had my first experience for CVS pickup order, which should've been seamless... Already packed and paid for with my name huge and clearly on the outside of the bag... I had a ride waiting outside and said I would be right back out after grabbing my order. The cashier, Elena was too busy signing someone up for something to get her bonus and did not care about the line of customers, I was next up. She demanded that I give her the order number which I had to take time to open the app and sign in and find it .. I had two orders. She tried to skip me and help someone else in line while I clearly stated my ride was waiting and I was in a hurry. She did one order at a time.... And for the next order she asked me my name again, twice while staring me in the eyes.... Yes

They need to have two lines for the drive-thru one for people that do not have their prescriptions ready and another one for the ones that do. People are waiting in this line for over an hour to pick up the prescriptions.
