I'm wondering can I put -1 on here oh I can't that's not an option that sucks because the employee especially the female one with black curly hair is the rudest person I have ever met in my entire life. My friend and I went here to try to get some stuff and spend some money on some Christmas stuff that was on sale however as we walked in through the front door the minute we walked into the front door all of a sudden we had an employee on us. She literally was on top of us where I turned around I smacked right into her practically and didn't understand why she was so close to me. Me and my friend separate items so we split off to get what we needed and in doing so we each had an employee beside us practically or in the next aisle over every single time we turned around it was like we were o

I’m surprised this place isn’t shut down yet in all honesty, the staff pharmacist Brock is a total jerk, his customer service skills definitely need to be retrained and the way he talks to his techs, tells me everything I need to know about why there is so many different workers everytime I go to pick up a script. I hardly see the same face. The manager did nothing about my concerns and if this is how all patients are being handled I seriously don’t know how this place isn’t shut down considering this is just one reoccurring problem. CVS has definitely gone down hill due to bad management.

Monday, October, 20, 2025 My wife and I are so grateful to CVS Pharmacy! We are easily able to use the CVS app to find the products we are looking for, and identify the closest CVS stores that have the product in stock. This app really saves us time. We will somtimes call to verify the product is in stock. If it happens to be the last one available, the CVS employee is always able to hold for us until we arrive. I love the amazing level of customer service we always receive, no matter which CVS store we visit. Above all, we are also so very thankful for the CVS ExtraCare Savings and Rewards we receive, thank you very much CVS, we appreciate everything you do!

I will never go to this location again! 2x I have gone through the drive through and asked if they had my medicine in stock before I drove off. Today the pharmacy tech went to ask the pharmacist if it was in stock. I watched her through the window ask the pharmacist. She told me they did and it would be an hour and a half. The pharmacist then called me when I got home and told me that don’t have anymore in stock. I shared my frustration since I asked before I pulled away and the girl told me they did. He said they don’t know if a medicine is in stock until they look in the safe. Every other CVS pharmacy I’ve been to looks on a computer to see if something is in stock. Therefore, I had to go to another CVS that carried it but it was closed for the day and doesn’t open until 11:00 am the ne

I had been going to the CVS since it opened, until 2 years ago. When I got new insurance besides my work insurance, but they could not figure out how to run it through. So I switched to Walgreens with no problems. So about 3 months ago I started switching a few things back and they figured it out finally. Yesterday I picked up two expensive prescriptions at Walgreens with no charge. Yesterday, Went to CVS to pick up an antibiotic which had been free through them for 3 months and they were charging me $110. Just picked up two at Walgreens that morning that were free $.00,,and they were not very expensive prescriptions. CVS Told me my Anthem insurance would not pay.🤣 haven't had that insurance for 2 years. I have Medicare and Humana, and another prescription insurance. Ask her to remove it a
