Dr. Ben has been phenomenal. Unlike the cookie-cutter approach to physical therapy that is part of my health care plan, Dr. Ben took the time to really understand and assess my shoulder issue. We immediately got to work on an exercise plan and during each subsequent visit he assessed my progress and adjusted my plan for the following week. I couldn’t be happier with his approach, his professionalism, and the results I’ve experienced. I plan to continue seeing him indefinitely as he also helped me with an overall physical fitness plan that was tailored just for me.

I played Division I baseball, so I’ve always held myself to a high standard physically. I’ve been working with Ben Kelly for over 6 months. I initially went to his Boca Raton office to address on and off back, neck, and chest tightness. Ben has been very helpful addressing those issues and also working with me to supplement my workout routine to focus on exercises and movements to increase flexibility. Working with Ben restored my confidence in weight training and returning back to running after dealing with a long term injury that would flair up during any new fitness venture. The last few months working with Ben has been beyond rewarding. I’ve had knee pain for over a decade and could never find someone to figure out the root cause. Ben was able to figure it out in my first sessions (weak hip flexibility) and we got to work. To think of where I am now physically, with no pain, to where I started continues to boggle my mind.
