I had an amazing experience at Daela! Haley did my nano brows and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She was incredibly professional, patient, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the process. Her attention to detail and skill are truly impressive. Her work is beautiful. I also want to shout out Megan, who helped me with scheduling and general questions. She was extremely kind and patient, took the time to walk me through all of the policies, and made sure I was completely clear and comfortable before moving forward. From start to finish, this was a five-star service experience. Highly recommend Daela and their team!

I had my first lip blush appointment with Katy yesterday, and the experience was fantastic. From the start, she was warm and welcoming, which really helped ease my nerves. She explained everything in detail before we started and kept me informed throughout the procedure. The procedure itself was pretty comfortable. Katy applied numbing gel, which stayed on for about 20 minutes before she started with the outline. There were three passes for shading. The first pass was the most noticeable (a 1-2 out of 10), but after that, Katy applied more numbing gel, and the second and third passes were barely noticeable. I went in hoping to define my lip border more, which had faded over the years and add some color back to my lips. The shape is perfect, and the color is vibrant (for now) but natural.
