DaVita Borough Park Dialysis

I have been a patient at this facility for nearly six years, and while kidney failure and dialysis are miserable experiences, the staff here go above and beyond when it comes to caring for the patients. Their professionalism is matched only by their compassion. They treat us like we are human beings instead of as just another body to attend to, and that makes a huge difference. A+ across the board.

I was diagnosed at the beginning of the year with kidney disease. Eventually I required hemodialysis and I was terrified. From the time I entered the Davita Clinic I was met with kindness and I appreciate the entire staff from the hemo techs to the nurses to the administrative staff. They are kind and take time to listen to me and my needs and also kind enough to share their lives with us too. Unfortunately I had to transfer to another hemo clinic because of closer proximity to my home, but I miss everyone there dearly. The staff is professional, efficient but more importantly caring. This was extremely helpful transitioning into my new life style of dealing with kidney disease. Thank you Davita Boro Park for all you have done for me and I will never forget it!
