Dr. Tortorelis was wonderful. He did a great job explaining everything, was very compassionate and made me feel at ease. I have a high level of trust in Doctor T. and would highly recommend him to friends and family. Outside of his knowledge and expertise, he has great bedside manor is a joy to talk with

Dr Tortorelis was exceptional in my first visit with him. Explained things thoroughly enough for me to understand and answered all of my questions. He even anticipated some of the more "uncomfortable" questions I had and answered them accordingly. The only negative to my visit was I waited 45 minutes in the waiting room without any notification as to why the delay. I was on my way out the door when the nurse came and got me and she understood my frustration and got me through the initial process quickly and Dr Tortorelis came in right after.

Dr. Tortorelis is a personable professional who sincerely cares about his patients. He is very matter-of-fact when it comes to diagnosis and outcomes. I appreciate his candidness. His office workers could be a bit more cheerful, however! I am still waiting for the results of a CT scan from 10 days ago.

I really like Dr. Tortorelis. He's very personable, explains things really well, and provides options and solutions. Highly recommend him as a physician. The reason I'm only giving 3 stars is because at this clinic (like most clinics) they tell you to fill out the paperwork online. And then when you get to the clinic they make you fill out the same paperwork again. And they tell you to get there 10 minutes early to fill out the paperwork (that you already filled out online), but then you sit in the waiting room for 45 minutes after your appointment time was supposed to begin. My last appointment was at 1:20. I showed up at 1:10. At 1:30 they brought me back to the patient room. I waited there until 2:10, at which point I told them I had to leave to get back to work. Dr Torterelis was great. He is very knowledgeable and has many options for me. Very comfortable to confide in, very professional and personable. He's a fun guy and makes a stressful setting not so stressful.
