As a new patient, so far all of my appointments have been great. Dr. Khan had good bedside manners and explained things to me, I wasn't rushed during my appointment. The front desk staff is nice and the lab tech did a painless blood draw.

I have had the most fantastic experience at this clinic. From the receptionists to the wonderful staff in the lab, the medical assistants, and providers- it was a very well-run, efficient, comprehensive clinic. For those in center city, the location is so convenient in south Rittenhouse, it is Penn Medicine without having to deal with the traffic and congestion of University City. I see Julie Grabell, PA-C and she is amazing. Honestly I cannot say enough good things about her as my practitioner. She is incredibly thorough, yet efficient. She addresses ALL of my needs in a very timely manner. She talks through all options and asks my opinion. I truly trust her (and her team) with my medical care!

I had such a truly fantastic experience here. I have been struggling for years to find medical care where I was taken seriously and given the time and support to feel comfortable. I was able to get a same-day appointment, and it was maybe the nicest and easiest phone call to make an appointment that I've ever had. I saw Peter D'Oresaneo as a new patient, and I trusted him immediately. He took the time to really listen to my history of symptoms, ask questions, and give insights that very clearly showed not only his depth of knowledge but his level of attentiveness and care. Good luck talking to someone that can help you here to schedule an appointment. Absolutely horrible service. Also, I did share my issues on the Penn portal and no one cares. Do yourself a favor and get a different practice because you won’t be able to get an appointment when you actually need it.

Front desk staff doesn't know what is going on, nurses are flippant and rude on the phone, practitioners are in a revolving door situation and change constantly, had an appt set up with Dr. Zhang, and the office canceled me TWICE. The second time was because of "renovations," they called on a Saturday with no way to call back that day to reschedule as the office was closed. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
