Dr Kumar is very professional and takes pride in what he does for his patients. I have nothing negative to say him or the staff they all welcome you and is very caring and works well with me. Dr Kumar and his staff makes sure to meet my every need in making sure I receive the proper treatments and therapy as I am recovering from my injury. Would recommend Dover Neuro to anyone.

I received a phone call on 12/29/25 asking to change my appointment from 12/30 to a telehealth appointment on the 29th. I agreed and waited approximately one hour wherein the doctor did not appear. I exited and called the office to obtain my prior appointment on the 30th. I was instructed to go into the office. Upon arrival, I was informed my appointment was not until 1/30/26. The lack of communication between departments and clients fails to exert a good atmosphere.

Dr. Kumar is wonderfully detailed and caring. His waiting room time needs to be shortened. But I know that’s because he’s taking that critical time with another patient. He needs to open his scheduling time just a bit. Otherwise, we LOVE him!

This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a doctors office. The scheduled me for a VNG test, ( I was being seen for migraines, previous doctor retired) before continuing with the treatment I have been used to, Botox. I have NEVER had vertigo or problems with vertigo. I have had nothing but trouble since that torture test. If you like 20 pounds of potatoes stuffed in a 5 pound bag, this is the place for you. If you prefer to be treated like a patient and seen by the doctor, keep looking! I am!!!

Dr Kumar is excellent. He asks many questions & has your best interest in his care of you! Highly recommend!
