The facility has been updated completely! New management team and lots of amazing dedicated new employees! It’s a must see!

My brother has been a resident here since May 2024. It was a major adjustment for our family, especially him. Since he has been a resident here I must say, I have never walked into this facility and smelled any foul orders. The entire Bldg is clean. The most important is patient care, I had an meeting with the ENTIRE administrative team regarding my brother's care, I am a major advocate for him due to his illness. He has ALS, he is non verbal, can not move any of his limbs which means he is 100 dependent on staff. Tom, Delores and all of the staff knows me. The care that he receives is very professional, he is always clean, and fed properly have noticed that. I have noticed and tell them on a weekly basis, that I have noticed that, when staff is not making sure the patients care is 1s

My uncle has been a resident at Delhaven Manor for several months now. I don’t usually write reviews but knowing firsthand the difficulty on finding a caring, clean, and competent facility I wanted to help those looking for a place for their loved ones. Delhaven is a facility where you can sleep well at night knowing your family is cared for. Since being admitted to Delhaven my uncle has made improvements in all aspects. The proof is on the pudding! His wounds have healed. His smile has returned and for the first time he’s gaining weight. If you find your self in the unfortunate situation of needing placement you owe it to your family member to come check out the facility.

There are many staff members that are extremely nice and considerate. However... there are plenty of times when one thing is said and another is done, or technically not done. I'm assuming much of this is due to understaffing. To have your loved one taken care of how they actually need to be taken care of, you must spend the thousands of dollars but also be there every single day to make sure that the staff does the duties they are supposes to do for your family member. And not left to die with no water, no food, laying in piss or fecal for 16 plus hours, or on the floor for 16 plus hours. Like many other facilities, Communication between the facility and hospital is another horrid issue on its own. Management and the board or whoever runs the place should be ashamed o themselves. The staff has been amazing with my brother in law. They really care as if it's their own family members hands on and there to help with any questions or things we ask. They go above and beyond and we are forever grateful 🙏
