Absolutely no customer service when I attempted to change my plan. I contacted by email and never heard backwhen I called twice, and was on hold for 30 minutes, the second time they finally picked up. I even selected "new plan" from phone tree.
Delta dental is a absolute joke they are the worst dental insurance provider for any person or employer period! I 100% do not recommend anyone using this dental insurance provider you will totally regret it if you do! They do not deserve any kind of rating I put 1 star because I couldn’t post this with zero stars my actual star rating for delta dental is negative 10 stars
