i've been coming here from mankato for several years. i have always received top-notch care. they not only do a great job keeping my teeth healthy, they do a fantastic job at taking care of me as a person. marissa was delightful as she recently helped me through a difficult billing situation. nina the hygienist was so kind and attentive. dr bremseth was meticulous and all-encompassing. AND they take my insurance! if you need any type of dental service, this is the only place i'd recommend.

This has been the worst dental experience my family has ever gone through. My wife had multiple root canals done here, and they were supposed to finish the treatment by placing crowns, but they never completed it. She has been in severe pain for almost a year and a half, and every time we call, we’re met with excuses, cancelled appointments, or disrespect instead of care and professionalism. Today we called for an emergency appointment because she is suffering, and the front desk staff (Crystal) was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of helping, she talked down to me, blamed us for their scheduling mistakes, and then told me, “Go find another place, we don’t need you,” before hanging up the phone. That is unacceptable and completely unprofessional. It feels like they only care about

IF I COULD LEAVE A 0 I WOULD, but I really want people to be aware of how dangerous this place can be. After my mom got a filling here she fell seriously sick and even went to the emergency room, they messed the whole procedure up, and now my mother has more pain then ever. They had done the same thing to my minor sister and now she has pain for a simple filler. I have no idea what qualifications these people had received to work here, but something needs to change. With passive aggressive front deak receptionist and bad doctors this may be the worst place I’ve ever been to.

This place is racist and rude. Do not come here, they messed up my root canal and it’s been getting re-infected every few days. They played on my teeth and when I asked for a referral for my root canal they were very rude over the phone and refused to see me, when I asked for the referral paper again, they refused and told me to google and find out on my own. They didn’t give me an appointment or referral and even called me rude and put it on my chart. Because of that the other staff were acting the some way towards me when I went for my cleaning and agreed to finally give me a referral paper and still they sent me to the front instead of just giving it to me. These people made me feel unsafe and disrespected. They are very unwelcoming and people of color should watch out. I also called th

I just finished with the work Dr Hoit suggested I get done. Such a nice caring man. Very professional! He definitely knows what he's doing. If you're afraid of going to the dentist, Dr Hoit will make you comfortable and is the best one to see, you'll leave smiling 😃
