⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Michelle is AMAZING! She’s the ortho assistant at our Dental Care & Implants in Greenspoint, and every visit with her is a great experience. Michelle always makes sure our braces are secure and comfortable for the entire month until our next appointment. Even when she tightens things up (yes, it can hurt a little!), it’s worth it—because everything stays in place and nothing pokes or irritates us between visits. Beyond her skills, Michelle is incredibly friendly and genuinely cares about how we’re doing. She always checks in with a smile and makes us feel seen and supported. You can tell she loves what she does, and it shows in the way she treats her patients. We’re lucky to have her! I could not see Michelle if it was not for Dr.Thapher. had such a great experience at this office! Dr. Vicky was so sweet and took the time to answer all of my dental questions with care and patience. Becky, the hygienist, did an excellent job with my cleaning—it was very gentle and I experienced minimal discomfort. Tin was also incredibly helpful, making sure all of my questions were answered before the doctor even came in. The whole team made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

Michelle is an awesome dental assistant!! She’s very polite and tends to my daughter very patiently. Dr. Wilston is my favorite dentist! Overall I love this place.

Very poor service, they cancel on my procedure twice. They did not take time to call me back when I requested to speak with the office mananager. It took one week and about 6 phone calls in one day for the assistant office manager to call me back. They are very rude and not professional or responsible. I was with them for a few years but I am very upset, they did something similar to a coworker. Don’t waste your time. I am already looking for another dentist.
