Dental Dreams

My Dentist Dr.Marcus Lorhman is awesome he is young and very passionate about his craft. He is not only a Dentist, he is an instructor always teaching his unskilled assistants , who I'm not knocking them because they are all very very friendly. They just don't know. But I think Dr Marcus Lorhman has a great future as a dentist. And overall I have been a patient at Dental Dreams for a few years .I also went to Dental Dreams in Leominster ma. And my dentist there was fantastic Dr Oman she was fantastic. So overall I give DENTAL DREAMS ***** five stars and always recommend you. Ps I just think you need a better maestro to conduct the orchestra. The maestro leads .Imagine all those musicians 60 of them trying to play with out the maestro !!!! IT WOULD BE A HORROR SHOW !!!!

I spent all day in the ER yesterday after a cleaning from this place. I had a rude dental assistant who FOUGHT with the dentist about not wanting to polish my teeth after a cleaning because she “didn’t like to do it.” He ended up just walking away because she was being a pain about it. She ended up POLISHING MY LIP bad. I was numbed up and could still feel the pain. After it all she told me to close my mouth with the sucker to get rid of the water, I was physically unable to because of the numbing and tried to raise my hand so she could let me speak but she would look at it and completely ignore me. She started YELLING at me to close it. I finally took out the sucker out of my mouth and told her “I’m too numb I can’t close my mouth!” She giggled and said “oh girl I didn’t know you got numb

I literally been to every dental dream & HATED THEM! I was recommended by sister about Fall River . I absolutely LOVE IT HERE ! I love the staff they’re so friendly welcoming & outgoing . Dr Marcus I cannot ask for a better dentist ! I’m someone who takes everything seriously in life and he helped major even when my prior dentist said there was nothing wrong with my tooth . And he knows what he’s talking about ! Taught me a lot about my teeth .. you can tell he cares about his dental assistants ! He teaches them things On each procedure, boost their confidence and he’s a realist ! Hard to find drs who care let alone a dentist!

Five stars for new dentist... I think his name was Dr Marcus. Very good care! 5 stars for customer service. Very easy to get an appointment. 3 stars for the facility itself. I've been going here for years and have no problem with it, but I've seen nicer

The staff here were great! My son gets nervous at his dentist appointments and they took the time to talk him through everything and explain what was going on. The facility is very clean. The waiting room is spacious and has a little kid play area which is awesome too! We will be back. Again, everyone was friendly and made it a great experience for my son. 😊
