Dental Dreams

Just had a new pair of dentures made .My dr. Paid such good attention to details and what I needed unlike the last one I had I could never wear my last pair they were so big and didn't even try to fix them . This dr. So nice and so are all the people working there. Great people,Good job! Thankyou

Have been going here for years and having a positive experience. Last appointment I again explained my bad gag reflex and was ignored until halfway through the appointment and lots of gagging when they go "OH, you have a gag reflex!" And finally listen to me. So I even made a note when I made my appointment for today. But even so, today was the same but worse. I literally told the dentist I'm sure she wants to leave as it's the end of the night but she was hurting me and not explain what she's doing. She said no she was not hurrying, but as soon she she was done she disappeared, and once the tech was done she said goodnight and walked away and left me to find my way to the front desk by myself. When I first started going here years ago I was impressed. The past few visits have been awful and most recently the lady dentist was rude, rushed my service, gave me novacaine without telling me she was going to do so, and then abandoned me in the dark office. They have never once asked about my brushing habits, made suggestions, or given me brushes or toothpaste. Two visits ago they told me I had a cavity which okay that happens but they had told me for years I didn't have any. They informed me when they say you don't have any what they mean is they chose not to tell you because you don't have any pain so it's not worth treating? They said I had this cavity for years even though I had been told for the twice a year xrays and cleanings for years "No cavities"

Dr Patel is the Best!!! He is actually patient informative and talented. I had a problem underneath a bridge with a tooth and he managed to resolve this. Other alternative would have been so costly and impossible. He managed to trouble shoot and diagnose my best options and he was successful. Thats a dentist with some talent and confidence he tried other techniques before worst case scenario. I highly recommend him for all your dental services. He is the best.!!!

I had a great experience from front staff to back. I’m really happy with the Dentist I have. She’s wonderful. There is one person who is ALWAYS so kind, caring, respectful, uplifting, and amazing customer service. People like him are rare in this world.
