We were extremely disappointed to learn our daughter's long-scheduled appointments had been cancelled at the last minute because the office decided to close for the day. The staff was unhelpful when we called, and the earliest they could offer us was an appointment two months later.

After Dr. Jake left, this practice went downhill. I should have left before when I began to question the service provided but it was convenient so decided to give a last try and let them do a filling. I have nothing but regrets, as soon and I was checking out I noticed something was wrong and told them, they brought me back in and told me the filling was done badly and they would have to redo THE SAME DAY. Back to back filling on the same tooth. Fast forward after 2 long weeks of intense pain they asked me to come back in to do an xray and tell me they would have to do a 3rd filling ON THE SAME TOOTH because wasn't properly done. The whole thing was just absurd and I now question the quality, experience and knowledge of those who work at the practice. Needless to say I left the practic

I visited Dental Health Care Associates without any expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised. My hygienist, Alena, did an amazing job—she was patient, professional, and very thorough. The staff and the doctor were polite and welcoming. I truly loved the experience!

Horrible place of business. Jess was the rudest person I’ve ever met. She immediately greeted me with “what do you want” and helped somebody in front of me when I was clearly there first. The other dentist Minelly was very abusive to her staff. Constantly cursing under her breathe. This is not a kid or family friendly environment and I highly doubt not recommend.
