Derm ASAP of Integrated Dermatology

Got in next day which was amazing. They looked at a troublesome spot, did a punch and then next week had an appointment for the removal of the basal cell carcinoma. It seems like they book a lot of surgeries on the same day. Went in for a 8 am appointment didn’t leave until 11 am. Most of the time was spent waiting. Saw several other patients with the same bandage I had indicated surgery. Surgery was quick, and painless besides the numbing. The waiting was not great, I can’t pretend to know how long it takes to look under a microscope, but I know they were doing other surgeries at the same time. So I imagine the process is do a bunch of surgeries. Look at the results for all surgeries rinse and repeat. Overall I was able to get seen, diagnosed and treated in 2 weeks. Insanely quick tur

Choose any dermatology practice other than this one! Absolutely incompetent staff!!! The manager Christian is just as useless. She is very rude and unprofessional, failed to resolve my issue and also hung up on me during the call. There was no concern regarding patient care or even trying to listen to a patient. If I could rate this practice ZERO stars, I would!! The staff is absolutely rude and very unprofessional!! They do not do courtesy reminder calls, and try to charge you no-show fees. They also do not inform you if you need to pay out-of-pocket during the visit so you get hit with a surprise bill. This place is not care about patients. They only care about numbers. You were just another number to them. I have never experienced a place that lack complete compassion and professionalis

Dr. Reed and his staff have treated me with such care and integrity. The appointments are pretty much on time with minimal wait, and the treatments have been great. I finally found a Doctor and his staff to take care of my needs.

Something has gone seriously wrong with this practice. I talked to someone by phone about what I'd like done (skin check and concerns about postpartum hair loss) and they said this would be covered within the annual appointment based on my insurance. When I got there, Dr. Jinga was abrupt and rude. She told me she didn't have enough time to do both a hair check and skin check and that I'd have to choose. She spent two minutes looking at my scalp and said it looked fine and I could go get blood drawn else where and then rebook and appointment to come back. It was so rushed and I learned nothing from her. I pushed back and asked for the skin check, since that's what I had booked with the receptionist. She rolled her eyes and said she'd finish with a few other patients first then be back. On

I don’t recommend this place at all I’ve been to a couple apts with dr. Jinga. I drove all that was to be looked at for two minutes it was very rushed and seemed like it was very careless. I tried to explain my other conditions and it was dismissed and told I could get blood work and start a shot. I did my own research as I have a serious condition that can have bad side effects with certain meds and was appalled at what I could go through if I took said medication. I brought my concerns up in the next apt and mentioned my condition again and how worried I was about the side effects and was basically attacked over it and told I was wrong and need to take the meds mentioned my condition one more time and she said what’s that?
