Dermatology Associates of Danvers

I see Dr. Shofner at this location (previously went to Winchester) and have had great experiences at both locations. Short wait times and easy parking in Danvers, very efficient operation and have always been happy with my care. Dr. Shofner is friendly, upbeat, conscientious, and listens to any concerns I have, and has successfully done any biopsies or excisions I needed very quickly with everything healing up well. Scheduling is easy and the office is easy to work with. Would recommend!

Dr. Kimberly Comeau and the entire staff at Dermatology Associates Danvers have provided me and my family exceptional care for years. The level of care we receive is unmatched. I suffer from severe anxiety and Dr. Comeau thoroughly explains the treatment options for my conditions and gives me peace of mind that I’ve never had from other providers. I highly recommend Dr. Comeau and the friendly professional admin staff.

I saw NP Altman today and she was phenomenal. She really validates all concerns and looks at patients as a whole. I was there for an annual skin screening check and not only did she spend thorough time through the examination process but she even took time to address other skin concerns for me and provide recommendations.

I tried to make an appointment by phone, the receptionist (sound like an old woman) was kinda mean and anxious, she was cutting me off while I was talking and had an attitude, I asked her ¨how much would be after the first appointment¨ and she said ¨I don't know, I don't know, I don't know¨ 3 times in a row ¨because I am not the one who is gonna assist you, do u understand that?¨ Really really mean. Maybe she needs to get trained again or get another job. Never treat myself here because this woman.

I rarely leave reviews, but felt compelled to here. Was referred here from Tufts Medical after an adverse drug reaction. Got an appointment next day, and the process honestly could not have been smoother. Special thanks to Alex McGovern for taking care of me! 5 stars
